Christmas in New Mexico

We had a quiet Christmas at home this year.  Big difference from the house full of family last year.

Christmas Eve, the kids got to open one present from Joey the Elf (have I mentioned him?  He's our Elf on the Shelf that watched the kids to make sure they behaved).  They all found Christmas pajamas:

This is what our living room looked like Christmas morning.  The kids are lucky to have such generous aunts and uncles and grandparents to help make Christmas morning a little more exciting.

Sadie with her loot (the guitar in front was her favorite):

Chad with is loot (his favorites were a tie between the race car track and the tee ball set.  Oh, and Sadie's Barbie car):

Sam wouldn't sit still long enough to get a picture of him with all his things, but here he is in the chair we got for him - it has his name embroidered on it, just like Sadie and Chad's chairs):

His favorite toy was the vacuum cord.  Go figure.

We sure enjoyed our day of relaxing, playing, and spending time together as a family.  We hope you enjoyed your Christmas as well!
